Shannon – Office Manager
My husband, Bennett, and I relocated to Holland in February 2025 to be closer to family. We have three children (with another one due in October 2026!) and love gathering around the table to host family dinners and spend quality time together. In May 2025, I joined Marigold Family Dentistry after nearly a decade working in endodontics and orthodontics.
I’m passionate about dentistry, and some of my favorite moments in the office are helping patients understand their treatment plans and answering questions about insurance. I find it incredibly rewarding when patients feel genuinely cared for, and I’m grateful to work alongside a team that shares that same commitment. After many years in specialty practices, I especially appreciate the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and see familiar faces return for their routine care.
Outside the office, I enjoy camping, mountain biking, hiking, crafting, cooking, boating, exploring farmers markets, and spending time at the beach. Having lived in Scottsdale, Arizona, for most of my life, I’ve loved experiencing all four seasons and embracing everything Michigan has to offer throughout the year.
Marcia – Front Office Administrator
My name is Marcia, although for over twenty years I was known as “Ms. Marcia” by over fifty children who I cared for as a Licensed Childcare Provider.
I am excited to have joined such a gracious group of people, who are so passionate about Dentistry. I am driven by establishing patient relationships! When I am not at the office, you can usually find me on the water or in my garden.
I also enjoy spending time at my cottage in Northern Michigan with my husband, Bruce.
Tammie – Front Office Administrator
I relocated to the Holland area, from Northern Michigan, where my husband and I owned and operated an Inn for over 18 years!
Holland brings us closer to family and friends, and of course, the beautiful Lakeshore. Dentistry has quickly become a passion of mine, and I genuinely enjoy learning about the families we serve and building relationships.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy traveling, baking, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
Sandi- Front Office Administrator
I have been working in the dental field for over 14 years now as an assistant and office administrator. Since joining Marigold Family Dentistry, I have enjoyed making connections with our patients and providing excellent care for all.
Outside of the office, I love cooking, working out, and spending time with my family and friends!
MacKenzie, RDH – Hygienist
I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist since I graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2022. I joined Marigold in 2022!
It is an honor to serve our patients and share my knowledge of oral health with them. My favorite work moments are being able to connect with new patients and continue building relationships with returning ones!
Outside of work, you can find me crafting, reading, or spending time with my husband, Aaron, and our daughter and two cats!
Desiree, RDH – Hygienist
I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2020, after graduating from Ferris State University. I am excited to be a part of the team at Marigold Family Dentistry. I’m looking forward to growing in my career and helping spread knowledge to patients along the way. In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, spending time with family and reading.
Sandi, CDA, RDA – Clinical Assistant
I have been dedicated to helping patients achieve their best smiles for 37 years. I am proudly recognized as both a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant.
I work closely with Dr. Kristen to ensure the comfort of every patient. Outside of the office, my greatest accomplishment is being the mother of two grown children with my husband Rich.
Megan – Clinical Assistant
I have been working at Marigold Family Dentistry for a while now. I mostly work behind the scenes keeping everything clean in the back. I also work at the front desk on Mondays and I also assist here and there.
I enjoy learning new things about dentistry and growing my skillset. When I am not in the office, I love hanging out with my friends and family. I also love to go camping and play tennis.
Ksenia, CDA, RDA – Dental Assistant
From a young age, my passion for helping people overcome their fear of the dentist has been a driving force in my life. With over two decades of professional experience in the dental field, I am thrilled to be a part of the Marigold Family where I can continue to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
I graduated from Delta College with a Certified Dental Assistant and Registered Dental Assistant license, and more recently achieved my license in Dental Infection Prevention and Control.
Outside of work I cherish spending time with my family, including my two nieces and nephew, indulging in outdoor adventures like camping, swimming and nurturing my fur baby, Luna.
