Financing Your Care

We work with all insurance plans, which will provide you coverage for our services, even though we are not contracted with any insurance plans. 

We also offer an In-Office Wellness Plan for patients without ‘traditional’ insurance coverage. The plan covers all preventative care and provides a discount on additional treatment. Often, the yearly cost of our Wellness Plan amounts to less than the sum of monthly ‘traditional’ insurance premiums, with better coverage on preventive care.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield are the only two dental plans that require members to pay in full on the day of service. This means you will be responsible for the full cost of treatment at the time of your appointment. Delta Dental or BCBS will then send reimbursement directly to you, typically within 2-4 weeks.
